He went above and beyond in his work by developing a good presentation and even making a presentation on the emotional design behind the logo and the message that it carries.

Louis absolutely exceeded my expectations on this project. I came in with a detailed brief and he handled it like a true pro from start to finish. He explored multiple strong concepts, clearly explained his thinking, and then refined the direction I chose into a logo + icon system that feels both strong and modern. His attention to detail really stood out in how he tested the icon at small sizes, provided both color and monochrome versions, and iterated on the wordmark until the proportions and individual letters felt just right. Communication was excellent throughout. Louis was quick to respond, open to feedback, and used a clear, structured process (questionnaires, presentations, revision rounds) that made the whole collaboration feel very smooth. He genuinely went above and beyond to make sure the final result matched the vision and worked across different use cases (app, web, and marketing).
