One can tell that it is an agency. The manner of collaboration and the outcome are very professional, not very personal. There was a minor communication problem, which was quickly resolved through an iteration. On the whole, I am very satisfied with the result; it pays to provide precise feedback both in the briefing and during the iterations. While the initial drafts did not appeal to me, we were able to come much closer in the second round. I do recommend them.

Always satisfied when working with louis. this is our third logo with soft river and it's always an easy experience - the method of communication and how little back & forth there is is the only drawback. If they don't understand your request, you won't know until you've received your delivery.

Louis Key delivered a decent logo design, but there's room for growth in terms of professionalism. Working with him was generally positive, although a clearer understanding and faster delivery would enhance the experience.

Louis Key delivered a very polished set of logos in the end. It took a couple revisions but that’s understandable as i wouldnt expect it to be nailed on the first try. Louis is committed to doing the best work and has a great proactive communication style.

Working with Louis was a pleasure. He does an excellent job of collecting preliminary information from you up front, which makes subsequent rounds of reviews and revisions very low-friction. He's a creative thinker who understands the brief and communicates well. The work was turned around quickly, and the same goes for each round of revision requests. Happy with our results.

It took several revisions to get it just right, but the end result is there. Good communication, although not very natural for my taste but that's a detail as long as the job gets done tbh. Explanations of the work carried out are clear and concise. Good overall. Listening to our requests for modifications. If we want to be picky, it would be nice if he could give us his opinion on the modifications we want, to tell us if it's interesting from a design point of view, if we don't know much about it.

Unfortunately, my experience with Louis Key on a logo design project was disappointing. The final logo lacked creativity, attention to detail, and visual appeal. Additionally, it was challenging to work with Louis due to a noticeable lack of understanding and effort throughout the project.
