$180 wasted, along with 2 weeks of back and forth. At first, the process was very professional, with the video process asking the right questions, but right after, I could tell this logo design process was being outsourced. I gave 10 examples that were simple but creative. I expected creativity but did not get this the entire time. Multiple times I asked for a revision and they gave the same logo. Even sent the wrong logo to someone else's project. Overall I feel like I wasted my time and money and now have a logo I can not even use for my project.

He started out great in the beginning on the first 2-3 deliveries but ultimately gave half effort after enough revisions. He’s extremely professional & held great communication but held empty words on promises of seeing to completion. It’s nearly been a month since we started the project. Would recommend for a quick 2-3 revision logo that’s very easy but not for a specific or detailed logo with instructions. Not seeing his creative side as a designer was disappointing. was a very challenging time, working this simple logo, paid for vip "service" all my replies took long or were very pre fabricated cut and paste responce, they're trying to give a premium service and I applaud the effort but maybe you're taking on too many projects and dropping the ball. also the revisions took longer than 24hrs what did I pay more for a "vip" service if you're not delivering my simple revision in a more timely manner

There was a lack of creativity and understanding for the project. I was supposed to receive 4 very unique logo design options all 4 options had prominent similarities. Seller provided a refund.

I am writing to provide feedback on the logo design service I recently received from Louis. Unfortunately, I must express my deep disappointment with the quality of the work delivered. The logo provided lacks creativity and originality, appearing as though it was hastily put together using an online free logo maker. It does not reflect the unique identity or essence of my brand in any way. The design lacks depth, character, and fails to communicate the intended message effectively. As a paying customer, I expected a level of professionalism and creativity that was sorely lacking in the final product. It is evident that little effort was invested in understanding the vision and requirements provided. The result is a generic and uninspired logo that does not meet the standards I had hoped for. I understand that not every design will be a perfect fit, but the lack of attention to detail and originality is unacceptable. As a business owner, I rely on branding to make a lasting impression on my audience, and this logo fails to achieve that goal. I hope you take this feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity for improvement. As it stands, I cannot recommend your services to others based on my experience.

I was very disappointed that I did not find premium services, and the response to the feed back was slow, even though I paid an additional amount to end the service, but it took more than I expected, and in the end it took me two and a half weeks to finish the logo, and the result was ugly, and I accepted it because I was tired of the robot responding to me!! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in freelancing services

I liked some of the portfolio images, and the number of 5 star reviews made me hopeful (especially after having a terrible experience prior to this one), but I was disappointed and felt that softriver fell short of originality and creativity.
