Exceeded my expectations. The delrivery time was on point and the firts ideas were great. As we reviewed the drafts, the concepts became closer to what the company was looking for. One can tell that it is an agency. The manner of collaboration and the outcome are very professional, not very personal. There was a minor communication problem, which was quickly resolved through an iteration. On the whole, I am very satisfied with the result; it pays to provide precise feedback both in the briefing and during the iterations. While the initial drafts did not appeal to me, we were able to come much closer in the second round. I do recommend them.

Always satisfied when working with louis. this is our third logo with soft river and it's always an easy experience - the method of communication and how little back & forth there is is the only drawback. If they don't understand your request, you won't know until you've received your delivery.
