Three clients on what it was like to work with us, and what the brand changed.
“Louis Key and the crew at Softriver aren't just designers, they're logo superheroes! When I needed a logo for my SaaS baby, NurtureMachine, I didn't just want something nice; I wanted something that would knock people's socks off. And boy, did they deliver!”
Softriver built the complete brand system for us. That covered the logo, type, color, packaging, social and email templates, ads and stationery, all delivered as Figma files we can edit ourselves. They brought our brand vision to life. We gave them a lot of context up front: who the customer is, what the brand stands for and how it should feel. They took all of it and turned it into a system…
Softriver delivered the new logo package fast and as my likings.
Truly a fantastic experience! We were extremely satisfied with the work done. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and great availability made all the difference. The end result exceeded our expectations, and you can see all the passion and care they put into what they do. Kudos to the entire team for their excellent work! Highly recommended!
Super good experience creating a logo for my new brand. Very smooth, professional and fast.
Best design agency I've worked with! The team understood exactly what I was looking for and delivered a modern, professional logo that perfectly reflects my brand identity. Great communication, attention to detail, and fast delivery. Highly recommend and thanks again to the team!
I love it ! Yes, you can do something with AI when we talk about design. But can you be SURE that your vision will be exactly aligned with your values, and what you have in your head ? My job is in marketing. I know what I want, but to put it in front of my clients, I love to have some professionals to help me on the design / vision side. And Softriver does it really well. Thank you guys 🤝
Great service, high-quality output, incredibly fast, with very good communication throughout. Excellent value for money and definitely a service I’d recommend.
Softriver delivered a brand identity for our tech consulting firm remarkably quickly, and the quality was far beyond what the turnaround suggested. The logo is clever, precise and professional, exactly the credible, modern look we wanted for an enterprise-facing business. Communication was smooth and the whole process was efficient. Highly recommend.
I came to Softriver because I had seen a lot of the ads about them online and was excited to see what they could deliver for a relatively low price and with a quick turnaround time. Their onboarding once you sign up is extremely thorough - expect to fill out a super engaging questionnaire of about 10-15 questions that are really in depth so they can get a good understanding of your brand. My…
Really good quality of work!
Super quick and responsive. Went through several rounds / tweaks to get to the final version, and the design team were very patient and attentive to all my feedback. They also went above and beyond to get to understand my brand thoroughly before commencing which made all the difference. Recommend highly.
I’ve had a great experience working with the Softriver team. They are responsive, professional, and genuinely receptive to feedback throughout the design process. What I’ve appreciated most is their willingness to collaborate and refine the work until it feels right, rather than simply delivering a design and moving on. Communication with Oliver and Joy has also been consistently helpful and…
really easy process, they were great to work with and understood our vision, helping us take the first big step into establishing our brand.
I hired them for branding and logo design and Joy did an outstanding job nailing the look and feel of what our brand strategy is. I will definitely be coming back to hire them for more work.
I can't speak highly enough of Softriver! From my first conversation to the last, it was nothing but outstanding communication and prompt delivery. They not only fulfilled all promises on the time taken to deliver projects but also delivered an exceptional level of work and at really affordable price. I can't fault soft river on any level and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future or recommend them to anyone!
Used them twice for B2B SaaS AI startup logos (two separate companies). Theyre super quick. Efficient. Iterated when asked. I was very happy with the results. For the cost, it was very good ROI
Solid branding work! Definitely recommend to anyone looking to start their business.
Great experience, fast professional, easy to use and a great result
The Softriver team is such a pleasure to work with. The intake process is smooth, they’re fast and they listen to your needs. After a few iterations, my logo and branding are exactly what I wished for, giving me the professional look and feel my business needs. I’d definitely recommend Softriver for your logo and branding!
Very Very Impressed! Everything was smooth as can be working with Softriver. I was a little hesitant as I always am when finding new people to do design work. Softriver made the WHOLE process a breeze!
I had a great experience with Softriver designing a new logo and developing brand guidelines with it. I’ve hired designers through freelance sites like Contra and Fiverr before, and costs add up for a much smaller scope of work. Softriver delivered a lot of value for the price while keeping the process straightforward. Definitely a fantastic deal. The turnaround was fast, and there was a variety…
Working with Soft River was the best decision I made for my brand. I came in with an idea I thought was fairly well developed, but honestly it was still fuzzy in a lot of places. They took that half formed vision and brought it to vivid life in a way I could not have done on my own. The brand guidelines they delivered were amazing. Genuinely thorough, beautiful, and easy to actually use, which…
Softriver made our new brand look $1M. Really does look pro and lifts our presence and how we show up to clients. Thank you, team. Money very well spent. I can highly recommend Softriver for your new branding.
Very pleased with Softsilvers team of designers and project managers. Looking forward to working with them again!
Softriver's team is exceptional! They are the best logo design team I've ever worked with. We've designed 3 logos for 3 different businesses and they always have the best designs, but on top of that, i there service and communication with their clients. 6/5 starts
Joy and the team did an amazing job on our logo. We are now a few months in business and everyone loves our logo, we couldn't be happier with the result.
We're really happy with the outcome! The Softriver team, and especially Kristi, has been great to work with. We went through a few rounds of revisions before we landed on the direction we wanted, but the team was always open to our feedback and willing to explore different ideas with us. It took a little back and forth to get there, but in the end we got a logo we're really happy with and feel…
Highly recommend SoftRiver, great logo's and communication.
Softriver makes every effort to deliver a truly exceptional project. They listen carefully and implement with fidelity. Will continue working with Softriver.
Amazing team, used multiple times for multiple projects personal and clientele. For anyone looking branding that will never disappoint, use these guys. 10/10
Really an great experience. Im a very experienced buyer and I was blown away by the service. Would highly recommend for any one wanting to take their visual profile/brand to the next level.
Very happy with soft river co. I told them exactly what I pictured in my mind to represent my brand and they worked with me to ensure my logo matched our mission. Highly recommend.
Professional, fast and excellent service, at a reasonable fee. A refreshingly good experience.
They delivered logo concepts that worked well and were in line with what we were asking.
I'm really happy and satisfied of the brand ecosystem i recevied, Joy was really kind and available for all the requests, i really reccomend it !!
nailed our design and price is un-beatable
What an incredible experience from the beginning to the final product. I am so excited to bring my new brand to life. The process was so fast and seamless. I will certainly be referring clients to Softriver!
Joy & her team were an absolute JOY to work with. They really understood my vision and where I wanted to go with my brand. I hired several other "logo" companies before them, and each one did not even remotely compare. Not only did Softriver absolutely deliver on the logo, they went above and beyond in completing my Brand Ecosystem for me. They really listened to me. The end result showed that. I…
Second time I'm using Softriver for branding work. First time, they updated an old logo and created a brandbook for my nonprofit. Second time, they designed a new logo for my partner's restaurant business from a rough mockup we had created. Both times, they exceeded my expectations. High-quality work, super responsive customer rep, and always respectful of timelines. I will be returning to them again in the future.
Softriver is an amazing creative partner. We've done a couple of projects with them and we have been impressed by the quality of their work. We'll def come back for more projects.
Clear and efficient process throughout; great value for money. Ideal for early stage solopreneurs and startups to launch quickly, with add-on possibilities for further work.
The entire experience end-to-end far exceeded my expectations. It speaks to the sheer volume of work and the genuine listening to customers that went into this business early on and still goes into it today. This was my first time using Softriver for my own business, though I've commissioned branding projects with other companies on behalf of clients. Those usually take several rounds of…
I was skeptical at first when I came across Softriver, as it seemed on paper to be too simple. I have traditionally engaged high priced design firms to build logos and brands, which takes weeks, and I felt like I was always compromising on the result. I decided to give Softriver a try, to build a logo for our management company. I was totally blown away by their first draft of the logo. They…
I had a really great experience working with Soft River Company on my logo. They were incredibly thorough in understanding not just the requirements, but also the vision behind what I wanted—and they truly brought it to life. What stood out to me was how prompt they were with communication and how patient they were throughout the revision process. They never rushed anything and made sure I was…
The company was professional from start to finish. They were quick to respond and efficient at understanding the vision I had in mind. They translated it into a clean, polished logo that captured exactly the luxury feel I was after. I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for thoughtful, high-quality branding work!
Joy and the Softriver team were really great to work with. They helped me with the design of my logo and were very attentive throughout the process. Joy was responsive, patient, and open to feedback, which made the collaboration really smooth and easy. They made sure the details were right and that the final design reflected what I had in mind. I’m happy with the result and I would definitely recommend them.
Highly recommend. Very professional service at a great price. Our logo and branding turned out great. We will definitely use them again.
OMG. If only I'd come across Softriver years ago.... The most efficient, effective and value for money design experience I've ever come across. I love and admire great design, but always found dealing with designers frustrating in some way. Softriver's process is a game-changer. An utterly smooth and seamless experience, I cannot recommend them highly enough.
The service I received from Softriver, Joy in particular, was fantastic. The company was always present to make sure my needs were satisfied. I am extremely happy with the logo and branding material that they gave me, it was really high quality.
Excellent service, impeccable work, highly recommend.
I highly recommend Softriver! I decided to give them a try when setting up my business, having been impressed by their work on social media. But what you see is what you get: Excellent value for money, fast delivery and outstanding services and products! Thank you, Softriver !
Very Good! We were building my brand identity and the results completely exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Softriver to any founder or company looking to build a serious, high-end brand identity! ❤️😃
Very thorough and understanding in their process. Was great working with the team at Softriver :)
I had a wonderful experience working with Softriver while creating the logo for my company. From the beginning, their team was extremely attentive and patient in understanding my ideas and the concept behind my brand. They truly took the time to listen and worked with me through several revisions until we reached a final result that I consider perfect. When you are building a company and…
Very professional experience. The turnaround time was impressively fast while still delivering high-quality work. They were extremely receptive to feedback and revisions, and Joy did an excellent job translating limited and abstract direction into a polished, thoughtful logo. Branding is such a foundational piece of any business, and it was clear they took that responsibility seriously. The…
As a graphic designer, I'm incredibly selective about who I collaborate with — and Softriver has completely earned my trust. I've been using them for modern branding projects and the results are consistently impeccable. Their work is clean, contemporary, and deeply considered. What sets them apart is how effortless the whole experience is. They're fast, communicative, and genuinely helpful at…
I needed a new logo for a networking group that I had recently formed, and the team at Softriver did an excellent job at creating a logo with the look and feel I was looking for. It was so much better than I could have done on my own, worth every cent.
We've just completed The Brand Ecosystem Package for our new company, and I can only say we're impressed beyond expectations. From our first contact, the team, led by Joy, demonstrated an incredibly fast grasp of the brief. Even though we had a relatively well-defined vision for our brand design, they really captured the essence of our brand, a balance between technical precision and understated…
The team at Softriver is awesome, and our company is really pleased with our logo and brand guidelines from them! The process was simple, their team was responsive to our iteration requests, and they've consistently followed up with us over time.
I came across Softriver on Instagram while I was researching branding agencies. I’ll admit, I was initially skeptical — especially finding them through social media — but after comparing the costs of traditional branding agencies, I realised Softriver was incredibly well-priced and genuinely great value for money. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made for my brand. I opted for…
Working with SoftRiver on my logo was honestly a game changer — super smooth process, they actually understood my brief, and the concepts came back clean and premium. Made it hard to pick just one. Revision was quick and exactly what I wanted, and the whole thing just felt easy and professional from start to finish. Definitely recommend. 10/10
I found Softriver through an Instagram ad at the perfect moment: I was just entering the logo and branding phase of launching my consulting company. From the first kickoff call, the process felt effortless. I answered a few questions about my vision, and within 48 hours I had three genuinely gorgeous logo concepts in front of me. Any one of them would have been a strong choice. What followed was…
We had an excellent experience working with Softriver. From the very beginning, their team demonstrated a deep understanding of branding and visual identity, guiding the entire process with professionalism and creativity. They were attentive to every detail, responsive to feedback, and always willing to go the extra mile to refine and perfect the final result. The logo and overall brand identity…
Worked together with Softriver to deliver a Logo and brand guidelines for a customer of myself. They took the feedback from the customer and kept going until the customer was happy. Really happy with the end result and so is the customer.
I had a great experience working with SoftRiver. The team was very responsive and really took the time to understand the vision for our brand. The final deliverables were professional and well thought out. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable branding team.
I was a little sceptical at first at how much was promised with in such a short window. But as a start up founder, they blew my expectations out of the water. The way they were able to understand my business, and transform it into a full functioning brand identity took so much stress off of my shoulders. It has given me so much clarity, and as allowed us to fully position our marketing…
Experience was absolutely amazing, they fully understood the branding I was aiming for. I was very specific about the way I wanted to look but couldn't myself imagine what I wanted. As you may be able to tell, that must be confusing to deal with. However, Softriver knocked the ball out of the park. Would recommend them to anyone
Softriver was amazing, from initial intake to final product. Their process is timely, organized, efficient, and offers tremendous value to customers. Their portfolio is a very accurate depiction of the quality logo/branding craftsmanship you can expect. 10/10 would recommend!
We’re really happy with how everything turned out. The logo is clean, modern, and professional, perfectly reflecting the premium and trustworthy feel we were going for. The designer understood our vision and references really well and communicated clearly throughout the process. Big thanks to Joy for making communication so smooth, she’s been amazing! Highly recommended, great quality and a…
The logo that I got designed was brilliant. The team made sure that I was completely happy with the logo and design, and helped me with the thought process behind it. I was super happy with the end result. Couldn't recommend them more
SoftRiver did a great job helping us develop the visual brand identity for one of our ventures. They were collaborative, strategic, and delivered a polished result. We're looking forward to working with them again as we build out branding across our other ventures.
I had a wonderful experience working with Joy from Softriver to create the logo for my brand. She took the time to understand my vision and turned it into a logo that truly represents the energy and style of my brand. The whole process felt collaborative and easy, and she was quick to make adjustments when I requested changes. The final design turned out even better than I imagined. I’m so…
Used SoftRiver 3 times now.. each time delivery, revisions and edits have been returned in a very timely manner. Equally, the support and ideas have also been supportive of the final design. Thanks everyone
I had a genuinely good experience working with Softriver. From the start, communication was clear and straightforward, and I always knew what stage we were at. There were a few rounds of feedback (as expected with any creative project), but the team was patient and open to adjustments. I never felt rushed or ignored. In the end, the logo and branding feel like “me”, which was the most important…
Outstanding work, was sceptical first because of how affordable it was but they did a fantastic job!
The process of logo design is well followed by a team of professionals any time at your disposal for anything you might need. They take their time on reviewin all your guidelines and are able to desvelop and design something even better than what you had in mind first place. High quality results and for my surprise, in record time! 100% recommended.
I had a great experience with the team at softriver. Really happy with how my logo turned out, they were super quick and followed all my needed reviews with no complaints (i was quite picky with certain details). For the price you absolutely cant beat their service.
Working with their team was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. We came in with only a rough idea of what we wanted, and they transformed it into a high‑quality, professional logo that perfectly represents our brand. What impressed us most was their speed without sacrificing quality. The turnaround time was incredibly quick, but every draft still felt thoughtful and well‑designed. They…
Very professional, very quick and very reliable all for a decent price
Was sceptical at first because of price .. but was seriously impressed by the quality of the service and the speed of delivery. Highly recommend, 10/10! Great communication and service.
I purchased the Brand Ecosystem Package and absolutely loved it! The deliverables were amazing and the customer service was excellent. Everything was delivered on time, and the whole experience was great. I will definitely be coming back again!
After reading some of the initial reviews, I was a bit skeptical. That said, Softriver's portfolio ultimately convinced me to give them a chance. I am sure glad that I did. They offered a 48 hour timeline, and they delivered. The most difficult part of the process was choosing between the three designs that they offered. I ultimately ended up selecting a color scheme from one design, and a logo…
Wow. Just blown away with the quality and the value. I bought the Brand Ecosystem, and let me tell you - everything is included - so impressed. I've paid over $5000 for this before at other companies and that was many years ago. So happy with the result and so happy with the effort put in by the consultant. Will definitely use again, and recommend to others
Finally a logo I'm proud to show. That alone says a lot. The collaboration was incredibly smooth. I could share feedback freely, they actually listened, and the iterations were always on point. Working with them felt effortless. Great team, great result. Highly recommend.
From the very start dealing with Softriver was not only a great customer experience but also they excelled in relating to the brand and ethos and supported me all the way through to delivery of the product. If you’re looking to start a brand or rebrand an existing business I would without doubt recommend Softriver over the more expensive and longer process of a traditional agency.
I came to softriver for instragram and my experience was wonderful, the branding is so sofisticate and the services is really good
Softriver was brilliant to work with! In just a few days I came out with not just a great logo but a true million dollar brand for my company! Highly recommend working with their team!
Easy and quick to work with and to provide feedback to. great turn around times and responsive. Would certainly use again.
Softriver definitely exceeded my expectations. They delivered high quality work, very quickly at a reasonable price. They were very responsive and in the end delivered an amazing logo and brand design. I’ve tried other designers in the past who have charged high prices and delivered less than ideal results. I recommend Softriver to anyone!
Softriver delivered exactly what a high-velocity brand demands: precision, creativity, and zero wasted motion. The experience was frictionless from start to finish. They took a complex, multi-layered vision and distilled it into a clean, powerful mark that actually means something—no generic symbolism, no recycled motifs, just a logo with identity and weight. What impressed me most was the…
Working with the team at Softriver has been amazing! Joy was amazing to work with, especially with all the design ideas I had asked about (wondering what about this design or what about that design or colour). The quality of work and the speed at which they would get back to me with all the design changes and revisions was top notch! I am extremely happy to have worked with Joy and the team at Softriver!
Working with Softriver was a great experience - Very friendly, timely, and competent! They incorporated feedback exactly in the way we wanted, and we even went with some of their recommendations which we had not thought of... thank you!
I recently worked with Softriver on a complete rebrand and the experience has been outstanding from start to finish. Their team quickly understood our vision, translated it into a clean and modern identity, and delivered everything with impressive attention to detail. Communication was smooth throughout and every request was handled with care. We are genuinely very happy with the final result and…
Joy, thank you for being so swift and accommodating with my request. As a returning client across all three of my brands, I genuinely could not be happier with the outcome every single time. Your attention to detail and ability to bring each vision to life has made a real difference to our brand presence. I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking to refresh or elevate their…
Great experience!
Great design
I own multiple businesses in London and first came across Louis on Fiverr. I started with a Premium Branding package and was genuinely impressed with the outcome. This led me to request the same service for another venture, which again delivered outstanding results. I later decided to take things further and fully overhaul a third brand through their biggest Brand Ecosystem package. The quality…
Softriver truly design great logos, and fast. Im really happy to order from them back to back. They really make my agency look like one of the biggest.
Softriver delivered an amazing job. The process was fast, smooth, and incredibly efficient — they immediately understood what I wanted and brought it to life perfectly. Thank you for the great work! I’m genuinely impressed with the quality and the experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Softriver to anyone looking for a clean, professional, and impactful logo. They really nailed it.
Like usual Louis and his team nailed the vision. Will continue to back as you know the quality of what it is you will be getting when working with them. Looking forward to the future of working with you all.
I should give them a 10! Amazing work!! I had trouble to be inspired, I didnt have any ideas, for the name or the overall look. But, the team guys, is amazing! they have guided the way, from name suggestions, to moodboards and brandbooks, the outcome was just excellent and far more than what I have expected!
Softriver really made the process seamless. I was a bit skeptical because good designs should be expensive (at least from my past experience), but Softriver proved me wrong and also delivered in 48 hours (which I still dont know how they do). They got it right in the first try. The logo + mockups were thought of, with a clear direction and story behind, same if not better as the agency I used to…
10/10 very professional !
Working with Softriver has been a great experience. The team was attentive and supportive of our requests and needs in the process. Joy made the process smooth, and we’re happy with the final result!
It was great working with the team to get a great brand book which exceeded my initial expectations.
I worked with Softriver on a logo/brand development project. I got recommended to them by someone I know and trust so I had strong expectations going into the project, and Softriver definitely exceeded my expectations. There was solid communication throughout the project, with clear timelines and deliverables. I actually found the whole process to be faster than I thought it would be, and the end…
Great job, perfect logo
Working with Softriver on logo development was a pleasure. Their team was responsive and nailed the brief, producing a modern logo mark for Continua Software. I'll be using them again.
I worked with Louis on a complete logo and branding refresh, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. He immediately understood the vision, translated it into clean and modern concepts, and delivered a result that feels perfectly aligned with our identity.
Softriver developed a great logo for our hotel, perfectly capturing our brand’s image. Communication was easy and quick. We are very happy with the final result!
