I was very disappointed that I did not find premium services, and the response to the feed back was slow, even though I paid an additional amount to end the service, but it took more than I expected, and in the end it took me two and a half weeks to finish the logo, and the result was ugly, and I accepted it because I was tired of the robot responding to me!!
