It was a pleasure working with Louis on this project. Louis was polite, kind, understanding, professional and really listened to my needs - I would not hesitate in recommending Louis and the team for logo design. Louis is very responsive and went above and beyond for me - He was incredibly generous with his time. (He helped me develop a new icon late in the process, which was greatly appreciated.) My only concerns with the delivery were some slight detail issues with spelling and minor formatting requests, and maybe some small differences in interpretation of ideas, however these were resolved through thoughtful communication and consultation. The final design is wonderful and Louis was able to take my ideas, thoughts and inspiration to create a high value branding tool for my business. The process and resource package provided were of good value and I am thrilled to be able to start branding my products with the final design! Thank you Louis and team!
Louis did a great job. It took a couple of tries to get what we were looking for but in the end we are happy. He worked with us well.
Louis Key delivered a solid logo design, though enhancing the professionalism of his work could elevate the final product. While collaborating with Louis was generally smooth, a bit more proactiveness would have strengthened the working relationship.
No issues, loved the quality of the work and their willingness to listen and provide the best possible experience.
