Compared to the actual logo design the animation wasn't based on the final logo the iterations took forever, and I had to remind multiple times. Result is good.

$180 wasted, along with 2 weeks of back and forth. At first, the process was very professional, with the video process asking the right questions, but right after, I could tell this logo design process was being outsourced. I gave 10 examples that were simple but creative. I expected creativity but did not get this the entire time. Multiple times I asked for a revision and they gave the same logo. Even sent the wrong logo to someone else's project. Overall I feel like I wasted my time and money and now have a logo I can not even use for my project.
