The quality of the work was excellent and the process was very professional. Lois made sure I supplied all the information he needed to create a logo that was spot on in terms of our mission and values. I got a bit confused working with their own data gathering app, but I understand that it probably gave them a better idea of what I wanted. Overall I'm extremely happy and wouln't hesitate to recommend him.

Working with Louis and his team was an absolute pleasure! Their communication, responsiveness and attention to detail were excellent. Even though I gave Louis very little to go on, he still managed to come up with what would end up being my final choice on the very first delivery. What then followed was a really pleasant and productive back and forth collaboration to tweak and refine the design until it was just perfect. I asked a lot of question and always got a prompt and friendly reply, even during the weekend! Nothing was ever too much trouble for Louis and his team. He also went above and beyond my expectations, providing more than I asked for as well as offering much needed guidance. I got a lot of value out of the Premium package and I can't wait to get my next logo designed!
