He asks you about your personality, about your company, what exactly you are looking for etc. It is quite a long questionnaire, but definitely worth it so the logo or whatever he will be building for you comes out as expected. After he provides the first concepts, his revisions and responsiveness during the next iterations are also very good. 100% recommended.
