He was able to deliver through iterations and revisions to get to what we needed. I appreciate his patience and professionalism capturing what we are trying to accomplish. There was a zoom meeting where notes got conveyed incorrectly to the designer, but he bounced back and made the correction needed. I am pleased with the results.

I am always a little reluctant to go to a freelancer but working with Louis was an excellent experience. He is a true professional and he delivered a great logo. It took a few revisions before we reached the final version. I suppose this was my first project with him and it always takes more time to get an understanding of it. We found Louis to be very focused on delivering excellent work. From his interactions video methodology of requirements gathering to what was delivered it was an effective process. After the first delivery which didn’t exactly match what we were thinking, he was very very intent on ensuring that he had exceeded our expectations and the next revision knocked it out of the park! The final logo quality was excellent and aligned well with our brand identity. However, we encountered multiple challenges with communication and delivery timelines, as well as some confusion during the process.
