The customer experience and overall package were amazing, however the creativity and brand alignment of the concepts were poor. I really liked most of the logos in Louis' portfolio and wasn't looking for anything world class at this price point so I was expecting to get something that was close to the logos in his portfolio - a minimal tech company logo with some interesting visual elements like compound curves or colour interaction like on the Paywatch logo - however what I received were mostly very concepts with only straight line elements or simple curves. During one of the revisions I submitted 5 of my concepts comprising shapes that I liked which I found online as a basis for the revision, however this still did not result in a concept which approached the quality of logos in his portfolio. I ended up going with one of the logos I designed. I didn't want to spend any more time on the logo and wanted to move on with my project. I gave it a 4-star review since the value of the overall value of the package is very good and the customer experience was great, even if it didn't meet my expectations and the final brandmark was a design submitted by me.

Just WOW! I had a very vague idea of what I wanted and the final result was amazing. I definitely recommend the premium package, I had a lot of peace of mind knowing I had 3 concepts as well as a few revisions to work with. I didn't end up needing much at all because Louis and team really nailed the very first concept and my co-founder and I were so happy with the design. Can't recommend enough, thanks so much!
