While I appreciate the final design, the journey to get there was fraught with misalignments, such as a lack of brand alignment and attentiveness to detail, coupled with a lower-than-expected level of effort and understanding from Louis. The process was lengthy and challenging, causing me to miss deadlines and leading to a feeling that I could have achieved similar outcomes more efficiently and cost-effectively elsewhere.

Louis is a true professional; you can tell that he cares about his work and wants to provide the best possible designs for his clients. His deliveries were always quick and he offered multiple revisions to ensure he got as close to my vision as possible. The only point of improvement that I have is his understanding/interpretation of feedback. It is always very important to be as clear as possible in your requests with any designer - this is a team effort after all - and after a few back-and-forths Louis was able to provide something pretty close to what I was looking for. However, there were a few pieces of feedback that were overlooked (even after providing my own design mock-ups) and I ended up having to put the finishing touches on the design myself to get it just right. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and would recommend his services.
