The only slightly negative comment that I have is the price, its a bit too high in my personal opinion, I would expect 2-3 concept for the price paid but overall very satisfied with Louis's work and the quality of the final logo! Compared to the actual logo design the animation wasn't based on the final logo the iterations took forever, and I had to remind multiple times. Result is good.

Working with Louis Key on our logo design had its ups and downs. While I appreciate the final design, the journey to get there was fraught with misalignments, such as a lack of brand alignment and attentiveness to detail, coupled with a lower-than-expected level of effort and understanding from Louis. The process was lengthy and challenging, causing me to miss deadlines and leading to a feeling that I could have achieved similar outcomes more efficiently and cost-effectively elsewhere.

Louis was able to make me a clean and professional looking logo very quickly while listening to my feedback and implementing the requested changes excellently. Louis is a true professional; you can tell that he cares about his work and wants to provide the best possible designs for his clients. His deliveries were always quick and he offered multiple revisions to ensure he got as close to my vision as possible. The only point of improvement that I have is his understanding/interpretation of feedback. It is always very important to be as clear as possible in your requests with any designer - this is a team effort after all - and after a few back-and-forths Louis was able to provide something pretty close to what I was looking for. However, there were a few pieces of feedback that were overlooked (even after providing my own design mock-ups) and I ended up having to put the finishing touches on the design myself to get it just right. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and would recommend his services.

I’m really happy with the final logo design we got! I went into the project not really knowing what I wanted and Louis provided several concepts and eventually we were able to get to a great result. I did feel like I needed to do some of the design work myself as I wasn’t getting the results I was looking for in the first couple revisions but after modifying one of the concepts Louis provided, we were able to get a great result working together on it. It took approximately 1-2 days per revision, so altogether it took about a bit more than a week to get the final result. I was really impressed with the quality of the final delivery. The premium package was well worth it, highly recommend!

Upfront great. Initial proposals not aligned with expectations. Typo's delayed delivery and I would've expected to have received a final package rather than having to go back and compile a series of deliveries. Worth pursuing- yes but limited responses.
