At first the logos shown did not meet our expectations, I even thought about requesting a refund but then the designer was interested in meeting our expectations and showed us some nicer and more elaborate models that met what we wanted. I think Louis is really good at understanding the brief, and the online brief is really good as a foundation for mutual understanding of the design project. I have worked several times with Louis and think the output, considering the investment, is really good value for money.

The only slightly negative comment that I have is the price, its a bit too high in my personal opinion, I would expect 2-3 concept for the price paid but overall very satisfied with Louis's work and the quality of the final logo! Compared to the actual logo design the animation wasn't based on the final logo the iterations took forever, and I had to remind multiple times. Result is good.
