It’s my first time hiring professionals on Fiverr. I chose to work with Louis and his team because they are pro team and reasonably priced. Most importantly I like their design philosophy. There was minor inconvenience when answering the initial questionnaires as a few videos were not loading and there were no texts so I had no idea what those questions are and I just blindly checked “no” for answer. There were no calls or video conferences, but I was very detailed in all my messages I sent to the designer, and the designer read them very well and did exactly how I wanted it to be done. They are valso very quick in delivery. Very happy with the logo design and Louis team’s professionalism.

The quality of work is delivered. For those who wish to seek his service, I think really need the premium to get the delivery right.

Louis is a true professional; you can tell that he cares about his work and wants to provide the best possible designs for his clients. His deliveries were always quick and he offered multiple revisions to ensure he got as close to my vision as possible. The only point of improvement that I have is his understanding/interpretation of feedback. It is always very important to be as clear as possible in your requests with any designer - this is a team effort after all - and after a few back-and-forths Louis was able to provide something pretty close to what I was looking for. However, there were a few pieces of feedback that were overlooked (even after providing my own design mock-ups) and I ended up having to put the finishing touches on the design myself to get it just right. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and would recommend his services.

The work Louis Key delivered was decent, though it fell short in fully meeting my expectations, needing a touch more professionalism and creativity in his logo design. However, his deep understanding of the project, quick responsiveness, and cooperation made the collaboration process smooth.
